About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Brindlewear website or order a piece from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm availability, size, price and timing.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Natural materials
We work with natural fibres, so small variations in colour, grain and texture between pieces are expected and part of their character.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Pieces are made in small runs, so availability is only guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Alterations
Free alterations are included with every coat, as described on our atelier page. We'll agree the details with you when we confirm your order.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
Brindlewear designs, logos and text belong to Brindlewear. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Changes to these terms
